For preparing semolina(rava) dhokla, coarsely grind peas and corn. Keep it aside.
In a bowl mix in semolina, curd, water, ginger paste, chilly paste, coarsely ground peas, coarsely ground corn and grated coconut.
Before cooking only add lemon juice and fruit salt.
Heat an idly steamer and place a greased plate in it. When the vapours starts coming out pour the batter in the greased plate. Close the lid and steam cook it for 15-20 minutes.
Remove it from the steamer and allow it to cool.
Semolina(Rava) dhokla is ready. Cut it into 1 inch pieces and serve with pudina chutney.
