Step 1

For preparing sesame-cumin seed poori, knead a smooth dough with wheat flour, oil, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, salt and water. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.

Step 2

Make small balls and roll it out in small circles.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the poori¦s, on both the sides till it becomes golden brown and puffed up.

Step 4

Sesame-cumin seed poori¦s are ready. Serve hot.
