Step 1

First, cut the bread slices into 6 pieces.

Step 2

Fry them in ghee in a pan with ghee evenly on both sides of the pieces and fry till golden brown & stiff. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Boil the milk & add the cardamom powder & reduce milk to 1/4 which will take 15 minutes stirring it to make it thick.

Step 4

Add the sugar.

Step 5

:- It has to be very sweet.

Step 6

Add the bread.

Step 7

Fry nuts, raisins & almonds (broken into pieces) in ghee & add it to the milk.

Step 8

When its cool, refrigerate it and garnish it with silver paper.
