Step 1

For preparing sheermal, knead a smooth dough with maida, ghee, milk, sugar and salt(add water if required). Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.

Step 2

Make small balls and roll it out in a thin circle.

Step 3

Deep fry them in hot oil.

Step 4

Sheermal is ready. Serve hot with chicken kebabs.
