Chicken Samosa For Evening

Cook chicken using little water and salt.
When it gets cooked take only flesh from it and grind it using a mixer.
Then heat a pan add oil and when it gets hot add onion ,ginger , garlic and green chilly .
Stir well and when its brawn add powders and sauté well.
Then add chicken and salt if needed.
Then make smooth dough using all purpose and wheat flour by adding water and salt.
Then make it in to small round shaped balls.
Then by using a roller make it almost round shaped or square.
Cut it in to two.
Then add the chicken mixture to it.
Then make it in to triangle shaped or ball shaped .
Then heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot fry samosas .
Make it brawn both sides.
Wipe off excess oil.
Serve hot with tea or coffee.
