Step 1

Grind the grated coconut and keep aside.

Step 2

Add chopped cucumber, tomato, green chillies and crushed ginger to the ground coconut.

Step 3

Mix the vegetables with beaten curd.

Step 4

Add required salt and mix.

Step 5

Naturally cooked cucumber pachadi is ready.

Step 6

Tips:-
1) Do not add sour curd. Less sour ones are best for pachadi
