Step 1

Boil the eggs.

2)Heat oil in a tawa and saute chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Step 2

Now add onion and saute until it becomes light in colour.

Step 3

Next add chopped tomato and let it cook till the water from onion and tomatoes come out.

Step 4

Add the egg masala as per instruction and add water.

Step 5

When curry starts to boil, add the eggs. Remember to give a slit in the middle of the eggs.

Step 6

Put the curry leaves and close with a lid for two minutes and turn off the gas.

Step 7

Serve egg curry with phulkas or chappathi. Enjoy your dish.
