Directions

Step 1

For preparing simple kadum payasam, boil 6 cups of water and add rice in it. Cook well.

Step 2

When water starts to evaporate, add jaggery and ghee. Mix it well.

Step 3

Add chopped banana and mix well.

Step 4

When it thickens, remove from flame.

Step 5

Add coconut chopped and crushed cardamom.

Step 6

Simple kadum payasam is ready.
