Step 1

For preparing simple pad thai, first soak rice noodles in salt water.

Step 2

Strain and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion.

Step 4

Add the prawns and fry till color changes to pink.

Step 5

Add fish sauce and cook prawns.

Step 6

Add carrot, lemon grass, beans and beans sprout.

Step 7

Sprinkle salt and fry again.

Step 8

Add egg and scramble it.

Step 9

Add tamarind sauce, pad thai sauce and mix well.

Step 10

Add the chicken and mix again.

Step 11

In a serving plate, place the noodles. Add the prawns mix and garnish with crushed peanut.

Step 12

Simple pad thai is ready.
