Simple Pickle Powder
Simple Pickle Powder
Can be used for any type of pickle.
Ingredients
- 250 g Dry chillies
- 25 g Fenugreek seeds uluva
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 2 pieces Asafoetida kayam
Instructions
- For preparing simple pickle powder, dry roast all ingredients in low flame.
- When cooled, blend it well.
- Store in tight container.
- Use when required.
