Peel and clean snake gourd
Cut snake gourd in ring shape and keep aside
In bowl mix besan flour and all other ingredients
Add water and mix like thick batter
Dip the snake gourd and and deep dry in oil
Serve hot with tea . Now its ready snake gourd ring bajji.
