For preparing snow peas salad, first steam the snow peas in a steamer for 5 minutes. Remove it and cube it.
In a bowl mix in the steamed snow peas, carrot, soya sauce, lettuce leaves, lime juice, pepper powder, sesame seeds, peanut oil, tomatoes and salt. Mix it well.
