Step 1

Soak goji berries in water for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Boil water and add goji berries and dashi stock powder to make the basic soup.

Step 3

In a different bowl, put dry wakame in water for 10 minutes and drain.

Step 4

Cut tofu into small blocks(e.g. 2X3X1cm). If you prefer bigger, it is also fine.

Step 5

Add seaweed and tofu into the soup and heat. ß

Step 6

Dissolve the miso paste in 1/2 cup water and pour over the soup. Switch off the flame.

Step 7

Pour into bowls as shown in picture and enjoy.

Step 8

Note:- Goji berries have the highest antioxidant levels compared to any known food source.
