Step 1

For preparing sour rabbit with green mango, in a big bowl add in rabbit pieces, onion seeds, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Then add in half of the mango pieces and mix it.

Step 3

Heat the oil in vessel and fry the sliced onions until golden brown on low flame.

Step 4

Toss in the curry leaves and mix well.

Step 5

Add in the rabbit pieces into the pan and stirring it for 10 minutes over medium flame.

Step 6

Pour in required water, for the rabbit to cook. Allow the water to absorb completely.

Step 7

Add the remaining mango, tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander.

Step 8

Sour rabbit with green mango is ready. Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
