Soy Bean Choco Milk

Soaked soy bean ground to a paste with sufficient water and soy milk squeezed out using a muslin cloth

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Soy beans
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 600 ml Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla flavoring
  • 1 1/2 tsp Choco powder

Instructions
 

  • For preparing soy bean choco milk, soak soy beans over night and drain.
  • Grind the soaked soy bean with water in the ratio of 1 part bean to 2 part water. Squeeze out the milk using a muslin cloth.
  • Place the soy milk on the stove and bring it to a boil.
  • Add required sugar,choco powder and vanilla flavor.
  • Soy bean choco milk,is ready. It is good for growing children. Serve hot or cold.
