Step 1

Soak the soya chunks for 3 - 4 hrs in water. Drain and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Saute the onions, ginger-garlic paste and the green chillies.

Step 4

Once the onions turn a little brownish, add the tomatoes and leave it for 2 or 3 mins.

Step 5

Add the mentioned powders into this mix and saute once again.

Step 6

Take the drained soya chunks and add it to the mixture.

Step 7

Add one glass water, salt and some curry leaves.

Step 8

Close the lid and boil for 10 - 15 mins.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with Chapati or Rice.
