Step 1

For preparing soya beans dosa, first grind the soya beans in a grinder, with ginger, salt, required water and green chillies to a fine paste.

Step 2

The consistency should be like idly batter. Add rice flour as required.

Step 3

Then add in the onion and tomato. Mix it well.

Step 4

Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the soya mixture on the hot pan and spread it in circles.

Step 5

Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.

Step 6

Soya beans dosa¦s are ready. Serve hot with any chutney.
