Ingredients

  • soya bean 1 cup
    onion 1 no.
    green chili 1 no.
    besan flour 5 tsp
    maida 2 tsp
    corn flour 3 tsp
    rice flour 2 tsp
    salt to taste
    red chili powder 1 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    garam masala 1 tsp
    tomato sauce 3 tsp
    ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    oil to fry

soak the soya chunks in water for 20 mins and filter the water
