Step 1

For preparing soya masala, cook soya chunks in salt water. Squeeze the water, cut it into cubes and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat coconut oil in a vessel.

Step 3

Saute in onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, grated coconut and curry leaves for 3 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Add in chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Saute it well.

Step 5

When a nice smell comes, toss in the tomatoes and cooked soya chunks. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves, mix it and remove it from the flame.

Step 7

Soya masala is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
