Clean the chicken and cut it into small bite sizes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the cinnamon stick, cloves and cloves flowers.
When it pops, add the ginger, garlic and onion paste. Fry till the aroma rises.
Add cumin powder followed by the coriander powder. Reduce the flame and stir well.
After 5 min, add chicken and mix well.
Add 3 cups of water and 1 tbsp of salt or to your taste. Cover it and cook till the chicken becomes tender.
Add thin and thick soya sauce and cook for 5 min.
Finally, add coca cola into the gravy and mix well.
:- Serve with plain rice.
