For preparing soya sweet prawns, boil water in a vessel with prawns, spring onions, ginger and garlic. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Then add in the soya sauce, garam masala and sugar. Allow it to simmer on low flame for 30 minutes in a covered pan.
Remove the lid and allow it to simmer till the liquid is absorbed completely.
Soya sweet prawns is ready. Serve hot with noodles.
