Step 1

For preparing spanish pork, take a bowl, add in maida, pepper powder and salt. Cover the pork pieces with this mixture.

Step 2

Take a pressure cooker, add in the maida coated pork, salt, capsicum, onion and mushrooms. Mix well.

Step 3

Add a little water and the tomatoes. Mix well and allow it to cook.

Step 4

Once it cooks, allow it to boil till dry. Remove it from the flame.

Step 5

Then add the cream.

Step 6

Spanish pork is ready. Serve hot.
