Step 1

For preparing special beans beef dry, cook the beans in salted water for about 5 minutes. Then drain and keep them aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and saute the onions until it turns golden brown.

Step 3

Add in ginger, garlic, chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Saute it for some time.

Step 4

Then add in the beef and mix it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Pour required water and allow the beef to cook on low flame. Cover it with the pressure cooker lid and allow it to cook until the meat is tender.

Step 6

Open the pressure cooker and allow it to boil if there is any water remaining.

Step 7

Toss in the beans to the pan and mix well.

Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves and mix it.

Step 9

Special beans beef dry is ready. Serve hot.
