Special Carrot Pudding

For preparing special carrot pudding, dissolve gelatin in hot water.

Mix carrot paste, condensed milk and milk well.

Add gelatin water and whip the mixture until its blended well.

Pour the mixture into a flat bowl and freeze it until set.

Garnish with grated carrots and serve chilled.
