Tasty Chinese dish with rice, egg and vegetables

Bengali: Laban / Noone
Cut the green and red peppers and the bamboo shoots into small cubes.
Lightly beat the eggs with about half of the spring onions and a pinch of salt.
Heat about 2 tbsp of oil in a kadai or a pan.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until set. Keep it aside.
Cook chicken with some water,pepper powder and salt till it become tender. Shred into small pieces and keep it aside
Heat the remaining oil.
Add the rest of the spring onions followed by all the vegetables and chicken and stir-fry, until each piece is covered with oil.
Add the cooked rice along with salt and stir to separate each grain of rice.
Finally, add the soy sauce and scrambled eggs.
Mix everything together.
:- Serve hot.

i wanted the recipe for special fried rice not some egg mixed wiv some vegtables init i want the one wiv the meat and rice and the nice one not some yucky scrambled egg and rice thats disguisting ya get me so make a good one ok i want the real one u get in the chinese ok so next time youll no ok

pls try with long grain rice instead of basmati rice. also use pre-cooked rice(better if it`s kept over night). then in a big wok and high fire fry the rice with whatever u like. chinese outlets never use soy sauce.

Good Recipe but missing some information such as:
It will tase better if you use basmathi or long grain rice and beware not to overcook the rice. How much of soy sauce required in not mentioned.
Adding some pre-cooked green peas, chopped carrots and sliced green beans will give extra flavour and fragrance to the recipe.
