Heat the oil in a kadai add mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
When the seeds splutter add chopped onion and slitted chilli, stir till it turn into a light golden colour.
Add salt and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Now add chopped coriander leaves and mashed potatoes.
Remove into a serving bowl and serve with puri.
