Healthy Soup Made With Potato & Milk

Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and grind it well in a mixer.
Transfer it into a bowl.
Add milk and little water.
Add the sugar and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
When almost done cooking add the pepper powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and add the chopped parsley and serve.
