Take cooked potatoes in a dish.
Add chilli powder to this.
Mix potato,salt and chilli powder mix well properly.
Add corn to this and mix well.
Add coriander leaves to this and roll it into a dough.
Divide the mixture into small patties.
Take maida and little water mix it well ,dip this patties in this maida mix .
And then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these patties for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
Now special aaloo tikki is ready to serve.
