Step 1

For preparing spicy carrot-coconut balls, take a bowl and mix in grated carrot, grated coconut, onion, maida, chilly powder, green chillies, salt, curry leaves and required amount of water. Make it a thick batter and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and spoon the mixture into the hot oil. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown and done.

Step 3

Remove it from the oil and place it on a tissue paper to absorb the oil.

Step 4

Spicy carrot-coconut balls are ready. Serve hot with tea as a snack.
