Step 1

For preparing spicy chicken heart, heat coconut oil in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.

Step 2

Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry it well.

3)Then add in pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 3

Now add in the chicken heart and pour in required water. Cover and cook.

Step 4

Open the lid and if there is water allow it to dry up by boiling it.

Step 5

Pour in the vinegar and add in the coriander leaves.

Step 6

Spicy chicken heart is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, parota, etc.
