For preparing spicy chicken kabab, first mince chicken and keep aside.
In a cutting tray, place chopped onion, parsley, garlic, ginger and chop with knife again till it is blended well.
Mix this with minced chicken. Add cumin powder, all spice, chilly powder, pepper, lime juice and salt.
Mix this with hand and make a smooth dough.
Refrigerate this for 1 hour.
Drizzle olive in hand and take small balls from chicken mix and spread it in a skewer or thin knife.
Make it in kabab shape.
Remove from it and place it in baking tray.
Grill it in oven for 25 minutes. Do not forget to turn sides in between.
Spicy chicken kabab is ready. Serve hot with garlic sauce and hummus.
