Step 1

For preparing spicy chicken liver dry fry, blend together turmeric powder, dry red chillies, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf to a fine powder.

Step 2

Then blend in the wet ingredients- shallots, vinegar and tomato to a fine paste.

Step 3

Marinate the chicken liver with the above paste and dry powder mixture for 1/2 an hour.

Step 4

Add the marinated chicken liver in a vessel and allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.

Step 5

Drizzle a little coconut oil when it becomes dry.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 7

Spicy chicken liver dry fry is ready. Serve hot with bread.
