Step 1

For preparing spicy chicken neck, heat coconut oil in a vessel over medium flame.

Step 2

Saute in the shallots and ginger-garlic paste until the shallots become transparent.

Step 3

Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 4

Toss in the tomatoes and sautT for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Then add chicken neck, vinegar, salt and pepper with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.

Step 7

Spicy chicken neck is ready. Serve hot with bread, naan, chappathi, etc.
