Step 1

For preparing spicy coconut oysters , blend all the ingredients under to grind: cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.

Step 2

Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, saute the ground paste on low flame for 1 minute.

Step 4

Toss in the oysters and mix it well. Allow it to cook on low flame with required water.

Step 5

Add in the grated coconut and allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.

Step 6

Spicy coconut oysters is ready. Serve hot.
