Step 1

For preparing spicy fish dry, heat the coconut oil in a vessel over medium heat and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 2

Toss in the curry leaves and dry red chillies.

Step 3

Saute it the onions until it turns golden brown.

Step 4

Add in ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, fish masala, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Saute it for some time with a little water.

Step 5

Then add in the fish fillets and lime juice. Allow it to cook on low flame.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 7

Spicy fish dry is ready. Serve hot.
