For preparing spicy fish fry, mix together oyster sauce, garlic, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder, white pepper powder and corn flour with required water to make a lump free thick batter.
Marinate the fish with the batter for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish till brown on low flame.
Remove and drain the oil well.
Spicy fish fry is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
