Step 1

For preparing spicy garam masala mutton, in a pressure cooker add in turmeric powder, salt and mutton with required water. Allow it to cook. Remove the mutton only and keep it aside.

Step 2

Fry the cooked mutton in coconut oil and remove it.

Step 3

In the same coconut oil fry in onions, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.

Step 5

Toss in the fried mutton, mix it and allow it to simmer till it becomes dry.

Step 6

Sprinkle in pepper powder and garam masala.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 8

Spicy garam masala mutton is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, porotta¦s etc.
