Directions

Step 1

Saute the red lentils, green gram, coriander seeds, red chillies and cumin seeds.

Step 2

Grind them with the other ingredients.

Step 3

Heat small amount of oil in the pan.

Step 4

Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.

Step 5

Add the ground paste to it and cook for 5 - 10 mins.

Step 6

:- Serve with Idli, Dosa, Uthappam & Kuzhi paniyaram.

Well. I was the first one tasted this receipe. Its excellant. If you add a bit of ghee with it while taking with Idli, Dosa or Paniyaram....Fantastic....
