Spicy pork curry in rich thick gravy

Mix chopped pork with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and vinegar. Set aside for an hour.
Cook the pork in a pressure cooker until fully cooked.
Fry the onions in oil in a heavy bottom pan. :- Add 1/2 tsp of sugar which increase the flavour of the onions. After they turn slightly brown add the chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add the turmeric powder and fry for a minute.
Add the garam masala :- If required some pepper powder and chilly powder.
Add the chopped tomatoes at this stage if required and fry till gravy turns slightly thick.
Now add the cooked pork mix into the pan .Mix them thoroughly and add half a cup of water and the coconut milk.
Check the salt at this stage. :- Add the chopped potatoes (Optional).
Cover and cook till the spice permeates the pork.
Uncover and stir the mix untill the gravy becomes thick.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
:- Try this spicy curry with rice or chappati..

Turned out awesome! Couple of issues: you didn't mention when to add the corriander powder. And whether to cook the pork in the pressure cooker with some water or without... I am a newbie, so I took a chance by adding a cup of water while pressure cooking. So I didn't have to add any along with the coconut milk... Again, wonderful recipe. I'm sure it'll work equally well with mutton or with beef.
