Step 1

For preparing spicy potato fry, mix together soya sauce, garlic, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, chilly powder, white pepper powder and corn flour with required water to make a lump free thick batter.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Step 3

3)Dip the potato pieces in the batter and fry the potatoes till brown on low flame.

Step 4

Remove and drain the oil well.

Step 5

Spicy potato fry is ready. Serve hot.
