Spicy Potato Poori

Spicy Potato Poori is a perfect breakfast or dinner recipe which tastes super delicious. They are prepared by adding mashed potatoes and few Indian spices in the wheat flour. Step 1 Spicy Potato Poori Recipe

Step 1

Cut the Potatoes into two or four pieces and boil them for about 10 - 15 minutes and then peel the Potato pieces (even after peel the Potatoes they can boil).

Smash the boiled Potato pieces and add the Wheat flour (Aatta) into this smashed Potato.

Add Red Chilli Powder, chopped Coriander leaves, Cumin seeds and Salt into this smashed Potato and mix it well and keep this dough separately for about ten minutes.

After about ten minutes, take small, small portions of the dough and spread them in round shape.

Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and put the spread dough into the hot oil and cook/fry one side properly

When one side of the spread dough is cooked/fried properly, turn it to other side and cook/fry that side also. Then take out the Poori from the Cheenachatti and keep in a Plate.

Spicy Potato Poori is ready. This Poori can serve with Curd and Pickle or Chutney for break-fast or dinner.
