Spicy Potato Wedges
Potatoes are marinated and fried in oil
Ingredients
- 2 nos Potatoes wedges, soaked
- Pepper powder As reqd
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing spicy potato wedges, marinate the potato wedges in pepper powder, garam masala and salt adding a little water.
- Keep it aside for 45 minutes.
- Fry the wedges in oil.
