Step 1

Wash the kelangu well and cut it in to square pieces.

Step 2

Wash it once again.

Step 3

Boil them for 15 mins by adding little salt and water.

Step 4

:- Or you can pressure cook upto 4 whistles.

Step 5

Deep fry the cooked pieces in oil.

Step 6

After frying, add turmeric, chilly powder and salt to taste.

Step 7

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 8

Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.

Step 9

Add curry leaves.

Step 10

Add the fried pieces in it and mix well.


WHat is shaepa kelangu.. Can you give me the malayalam and english word for this.
