Step 1 Spicy Soya Chunk Fry Recipe

Step 1

Soak soya chunks for 20 minutes in luke warm water.Afterr soaking in water, the soya chunks would appear double in volume. Squeeze all the water from the soya chunks.

Add it into a Pressure cooker along with little Turmeric powder,salt and little water.cook it for 2 whistle.

Heat oil in pan/kadai. Add onions and some salt. Salt absorbs moisture from onion and helps onion to get cooked fast. Saute it well until onions turn light brown

Then add tomato and green chillies.saute for another 4-5 minutes.

Finally add red chilly powder,garam masala and Fry it well.

Add cooked soya chunks,chopped coriander leaves.Cover and cook it for 15 minutes or until the water absorbs.
