For preparing spicy-sweet dipping sauce, in a mud pot boil the vinegar and sugar till it dissolves.
Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame and remove it from the flame.
Add in the garlic paste and salt into the pot. Mix it well.
Toss in the red pepper flakes and mix well. Allow it to cool.
Spicy-sweet dipping sauce is ready. Serve with dumplings or anything else. (you could store it up to 2 days in the refrigerator)
