Step 1

For preparing spinach pakoda`s, take a bowl and mix in spinach leaves, gram flour, maida, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and little water(just to bind the pakoda`s).

Step 2

Make small balls and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the pakoda`s on low flame till they become golden brown.

Step 4

Spinach pakoda`s are ready. Serve hot for snacks.
