For preparing spinach snacks, in a bowl mix in maida, caraway seeds, spinach leaves, chaat masala, salt and 2 tbsp oil with required water to make smooth dough.
Make lemon sized balls and roll out into thin circles and cut it out in any shape.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry them on both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
Spinach snacks are ready.
