For preparing spinach stew, steam cook spinach and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Fry onion, green chillies and ginger.
Add salt, vinegar, and water. Reduce flame.
Mix flour in milk and pour this in the pan. Stir well
While boiling add the spinach and cook for some time. Remove from flame.
Serve it hot.
