Step 1

For preparing split green gram soup, soak split green gram, tuvar dal and orange lentils in water for one hour.

Step 2

Cook split green gram, tomatoes, garlic, tuvar dal, green peas and orange lentils with required water in a pressure cooker.

Step 3

Blend it and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat butter in pan on low flame.

Step 5

Add the blended mixture with required water and salt. Allow it to cook till it becomes semi thick.

Step 6

Sprinkle required pepper powder.

Step 7

Split green gram soup is ready. Serve immediately.
