Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken cut in to thin pieces: 200 gms
    Spring onion finely chopped: 3-5 stalk
    Mushrooms: 8-10
    Lemon juice: ½ tbsp
    Garlic finely chopped: 3-4 cloves
    Ginger finely chopped: ½ inch
    Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Black pepper corn crushed: 1 tsp

Remove the skin of the mushroom, slice and wash in the cold water and keep it aside.

In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. In this recipe, not used oil. We can add oyster sauce also with the ingredients.

To Make packetTake a pieces of silver coil and half fold in one side and place the mixture. Fold the other 3 sides tightly and make a packet. Spread the mixture with hands over the coil.

Boil the water keep it in the steamer and close with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes.

Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
